Job summary

Core Health & Fitness in Lake Forest, CA, is looking for a Quality Technician to ensure quality standards are met in manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing quality policies, investigating problems, and supporting product development with inspection plans.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma with quality certifications and preferably an Associate's degree. Strong computer skills and understanding of GD&T are required. This position calls for bending and lifting, with occasional weights of up to 35 pounds.

Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Lake Forest Facility, Lake Forest, CA
Position Type: Full Time
Salary: $62,400.00 - $68,640.00

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain compliant quality policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
  • Investigate internal and external corrective actions to identify and analyze problems, and to generate, implement, and evaluate solutions.
  • Interact with the Product Development Team to develop specifications and inspection plans for raw materials and finished goods for new products.
  • Oversee incoming and in‑process inspection and documentation control processes.
  • Participate in MRB and Change Management processes (ECR, ECO, ECN, drawing review/sign‑off).
  • Support in‑house testing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma with Quality Certifications.
  • Associate’s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Practical understanding of GD&T is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and statistical software.

  • Working under stressful conditions and irregular hours may be required.
