Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift to perform inspections, tests and audits ensuring conformance to quality standards. The role involves data entry, SPC analysis, and adherence to work instructions in a manufacturing setting.

You will train hourly workers and temporary staff, support overtime coverage, and assist in filing and reporting duties as part of a collaborative quality team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or quality work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st piece inspections and in-process audits regarding the use of correct materials, methods, and devices.
• Adhere to documented manufacturing work instructions.
• Perform SPC methods; evaluate data, data entry of miscellaneous quality statistics, figures and reports.
• Train hourly associates, subcontractor personnel and temporary help personnel as required.
• Filing as necessary.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned goals and targets.
• Expected to assist with overtime coverage as needed to support departmental operations and team schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
