Job summary

Altium Packaging in Fresno, California is seeking a Quality Technician to audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards and GMP compliance. You will follow our GMP practices and support continuous improvement across production lines.

Responsibilities include applying statistical tools, performing laboratory testing, and conducting in-process and finished goods inspections while reporting quality issues to shift leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• ASQ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit GMP compliance and ensure safety standards.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance.
• Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at established intervals.
• Conduct in-process, molding, packaging and loading inspections.
• Audit control plan compliance and raw material incoming inspection.

Location Address:2875 S Elm Ave,, Fresno, California 93706Work Shift:8hr-3rd Shift (United States of America) The Quality Technician will audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards are met as well as follow our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.JOB SUMMARY:The Quality Technician will audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards are met as well as follow our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.Apply statistical tools and techniques to monitor plant performance and finished goods.Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at established intervals.Continually seek process improvements and make recommendations to management.Audit compliance with GMP policies.Performs process inspections during molding, packaging and loading.Audit for compliance to control plan requirements including process parameters.Perform incoming inspection of raw materials.Complete dimensional checks and report on product.Perform in-process inspections of manufactured product during molding, packaging and loading.Perform cycle counts and/or inventory of finished goods as required.Communicate quality issues and out of specifications conditions to appropriate personnel and with shift leaders.Other duties as assigned by management.Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.Qualifications:The requirements listed below are minimum requirements for the job.
