Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group in Smyrna, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Quality team. This role ensures incoming materials and manufactured products meet our high quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

You will perform inspections, support root-cause investigations, and help drive corrective actions. The position is full-time, on-site with first shift hours 7:00am–3:30pm, and pays $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings a plus.
  • Experience in a quality role in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming receiving inspections to verify material compliance.
  • Conduct first piece inspections to ensure production accuracy.
  • Audit in-process and finished products for conformance to specifications.
  • Facilitate sorting and segregation of non-conforming parts.
  • Lead investigations into customer quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to join our Quality team. This role is essential in ensuring that incoming materials and manufactured products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule And Shift
  • 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Hourly Pay Rate

$22.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming receiving inspections to verify material compliance.
  • Conduct first piece inspections to ensure production accuracy.
