Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician for the 2nd shift in Smyrna, TN. This on-site role supports the Quality team in ensuring incoming materials and manufactured products meet our strict standards.

Responsibilities include material inspection, first piece checks, in-process and final product audits, non-conforming part sorting, and leading root-cause investigations to drive corrective actions.

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to join our Quality team. This role is essential in ensuring that incoming materials and manufactured products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule and Shift:

• 2nd 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday

Hourly Pay Rate $22.00 + $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities
