Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Quality team on a full-time, on-site basis in Smyrna, TN. The role focuses on ensuring incoming materials and manufactured products meet our quality standards through meticulous inspection and problem-solving.

Key duties include receiving inspections, first piece checks, in-process and finished product audits, and leading investigations into quality issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus.
• Prior experience in a quality-related role in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to join our Quality team. This role is essential in ensuring that incoming materials and manufactured products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule And Shift

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30pm - Monday - Friday

Hourly Pay Rate $22.00
