You'll partner closely with operations and quality teams to monitor production, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve performance on the line. Your work will directly impact product excellence, helping to ensure every bottle meets the highest standards.

Day to day, you'll inspect bottling lines, collect and evaluate samples, and perform lab testing to verify product consistency and compliance. You'll track and trend quality data, identify deviations, and support troubleshooting efforts, working proactively to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. You'll also contribute to the "Hold" process, collaborating cross‑functionally to manage and release products that meet specifications.

This position offers the opportunity to combine analytical thinking with hands‑on operational involvement. You'll help train others, support quality systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role comes from curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to improve processes while maintaining compliance with industry standards like ISO and FSMA.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making an impact on product quality, this role is a great fit.

  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required flexibility in working overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Required to lift and move product and samples weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Required to be 18 years or older.
How You’ll Stand Out
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (any discipline), Food Science, Biology (any discipline) or Engineering to include 2 years of college level chemistry courses plus 2 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and working cross‑functionally within an organization.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Experience interpreting technical instructions and applying advanced mathematical concepts in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
