GALLO is seeking an HR Data Specialist to maintain accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across multiple pay groups and entities. You will serve as a trusted resource for HR partners, time administrators, and centers of excellence while handling confidential information.

This role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to resolve data issues, support audits, test systems, and drive Lean process improvements for 7,000+ employees.

A Taste of What You'll Do

Join a team that plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across a complex and dynamic organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for HR Business Partners, Industrial Relations representatives, Time Administrators, employees, and Centers of Excellence by providing exceptional customer service and expert support for employee data transactions.

You will manage and process a wide variety of employee data changes across multiple pay groups, entities, states, union and non-union populations, and international employee groups. Working with highly confidential information, you will ensure personnel transactions are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with collective bargaining agreements, federal and state regulations, and company policies.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Retirement Plans, and HRIS teams to resolve data issues, support audits, participate in system testing, and drive continuous process improvements. You will also help maintain critical compliance programs including Form I-9, E-Verify, labor law postings, verification of employment requests, and personnel records management.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of administrative support experience to include Human Resources reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of administrative support to include Human Resources reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Discretion required in dealing with confidential information.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook at a basic level.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. The Fine Print

• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
