In an ever-changing, fast-paced world, we owe it to ourselves and our future generations to live life responsibly. At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.

Join us and make a difference!

Your future team:

Quality Technicians are responsible for performing ROCKWOOL standard tests on our products and process parameters to ensure adequate control of the production process. As the frontline auditors of our products on the production line, you will confirm product quality before delivery to our customers and conduct additional testing on any returned materials for root cause analysis. Maintaining high standards is crucial for reducing errors and customer complaints, which in turn lowers costs. Our Quality Technicians uphold these standards by promptly communicating with key stakeholders to adjust production parameters and ensure our products meet specifications.

What you will be doing:

  • Utilize specialized lab equipment to perform tests on products in production, following specified test methods.
  • Report testing results through Rockwool's platforms, including SAP, Microsoft programs, and the Quality Database.
  • Prioritize testing according to the schedule to provide critical information promptly for any necessary production corrections.
  • Inform supervisors and operators of quality results that require immediate action for product or process corrections.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong basic math skills needed for problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment required.
  • Grow and develop the team by training new hires and sharing knowledge and experience.

What we offer:

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401K Match: Up to 6%.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave.
  • Educational Assistance & Career Growth: Invest in your future.
  • Wellness Perks: Fitness reimbursement and EAP access.
  • Safety First: Company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected.

Work Environment & Conditions:

Join a clean, safe, and modern facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, advanced machinery, and innovative processes. Safety, cleanliness, and employee well-being are at the heart of what we do, supported by comprehensive training programs and protocols.
