Job summary

Polamer Precision, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician for the 1st shift. You will test and inspect products at multiple production stages, analyze data, and verify conformance to customer specs while coordinating with engineering and management.

Responsibilities include documenting returns, performing receiving inspections, and conducting quality tests. A proactive, detail‑oriented candidate with strong communication skills is preferred, with growth opportunities within a global aerospace

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train others.
  • Knowledge and application of SPC is a plus.
  • Good PC, data entry and ability to work in spreadsheets.
  • Positive can-do attitude with proactive approach.
  • Willingness to learn and seek personal growth.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively.
  • Ability to lift to and including 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet 8 hours per day.

  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards

  • Review Spec Sheets to determine if the product is meeting the customer specifications.
  • Ensure proper documentation on all customer returns through final disposition
  • Complete receiving inspection
  • Conduct Quality Tests as required
  • Work with plant personnel to prevent rejects form reoccurring
  • Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor and or manager
  • Continuous learning and willingness to seek personal growth
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
