FSQ Technician

Shift hours:

8-hour shifts

• 3rd shift - 10:30pm - 6:30am
• Currently hiring for 3rd shift

Schedule Pattern:

• Monday - Friday and every 3rd weekend

Pay:

• $27.60 per hour
• Pay for skill program - increase given once you are at an advanced level, up to $30.99

Our Milwaukee manufacturing site is located in a big city with big city amenities but at a lower cost of living. Originally owned by the Gardetto family, who created Gardetto’s from leftover breadsticks and seasonings, our site offers employee appreciation events, family events, and sports watch parties. • Inspecting raw materials, performing tests, evaluating products, managing investigations, conducting equipment inspections, overseeing safety devices, managing sensory programs, and supporting plant employees with quality parameters and safety concerns

What you have to offer:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Problem-solving skills within well-defined standards
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Maximo)
• Willingness to learn electrical troubleshooting

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Work at heights, wear protective gear, and adhere to grooming standards
• Work in various environmental conditions and around machinery
• Work with allergens in a food environment
