Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality standards throughout the heat treat process.
• Train and mentor new employees on procedures and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with leadership to uphold continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in high-temperature environments.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

Work in a heat treat environment where temperatures are elevated due to ovens. The shop offers a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities for personal and professional development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 / hr.
