Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Quality Technician for 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm–6am). The role offers $20.50–$21 per hour with weekly pay and a temp-to-hire path.

You will develop and maintain inspection reports, inspect products to quality standards, calibrate test equipment, and report anomalies to supervision. You must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail.
• Advanced organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience as an Inspection or Quality Technician.
• Experience drafting reports and compiling data.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
• Ability to monitor product quality without slowing production.
• Strong time-management and timely feedback skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Reliably able to commute to Lebanon.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

• Report to the Plant Manager.
• Follow all policies and procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
