Job summary

All America Threaded Products, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect raw materials, in-process items and finished goods to maintain high-quality standards at our Lancaster facility. The role reports to the Quality Manager and involves on-site work on first and second shifts.

We offer a full benefits package and a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule with training on a first shift. Experience with thread dimensions and precision tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Familiarity with external thread dimensions and standards.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, gages).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform in a physically demanding position.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform random sampling, batch sampling, and quality spot-checks.
• Work with the Operations team to optimize process flow.
• Document and communicate quality issues in a clear and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team to reconcile quality issues.

All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for aQuality Technician! The base pay range for this position is$20 - $22 /hr and is eligible for our fullbenefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this Full-Timeposition is 7:00 AM– 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster, with training completed on a first shift schedule.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

All America Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of threaded products, and we are currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician. This role will report to theQuality Managerand will be responsible forinspecting raw materials, work in process, and finished goods to maintain a high level of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Who we are seeking in an applicant:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment. Other qualifications include:

• Working knowledge of external thread dimensions and standards.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, gages).
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Experience documenting issues, defects, and errors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position.Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary.
