Job summary

All America Threaded Products, located in Lancaster, is seeking a Quality Technician for a 2nd shift on-site role. The position offers a base hourly wage of $20–$22 with a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Training will occur on first shift before transition to 2nd shift. As part of the QA team you will inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, perform sampling, document issues, and work with Operations to improve process

Qualifications

• At least 2 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform random sampling, batch sampling, and quality spot-checks.
• Work with the Operations team to optimize process flow.
• Document and communicate quality issues clearly and timely.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team to reconcile quality issues.

All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for a Quality Technician! The base pay range for this position is $20 - $22 /hr and is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this Full-Time position is 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster, with training completed on a first shift schedule.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

All America Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of threaded products, and we are currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician. This role will report to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, work in process, and finished goods to maintain a high level of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

• Perform random sampling, batch sampling, and quality spot-checks.
• Work with the Operations team to optimize process flow.
• Document and communicate quality issues in a clear and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team to reconcile quality issues.

Who We Are Seeking In An Applicant

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment. Other qualifications include:

• Working knowledge of external thread dimensions and standards.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, gages).
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Experience documenting issues, defects, and errors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary.
