Job summary

All America Threaded Products in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Warehouse Picker/Packer for a full-time, on-site role. Base pay is $18-$19 per hour, with a full benefits package. Workweek is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Duties include locating, collecting, packaging, and preparing shipments of metal threaded components; packaging according to manifests; organizing stock; loading and unloading freight. Training will be provided; prior experience not required.

• Willing to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

The base pay range for this position is$18 - $19 /hr and is eligible for our fullbenefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this Full-Timeposition is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Picker/Packer position is responsible for locating, collecting, packaging, and preparing for shipment our vast assortment of metal threaded components. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Packaging products according to a shipping manifest.
• Organizing products, stocking in correct locations.
• Correctly assembling orders.
• Loading and unloading of freight shipments.

• Physical Stamina: This is an active position that will require you to lift, label, and package metal parts up to 50 pounds repeatedly through out the day.
• Attention to Detail: There can be small differences between our products and when you are picking, labeling, and packaging high volumes of these products being able to spot small differences is key.
• Willingness to Learn: We understand that the vast majority of our applicants have not worked in our industry before and that’s ok! However, we have been in our industry for quite a while and we are confident that we know the most efficient way to pick, label, and pack our products. Please keep an open mind, we are willing to teach as long as you are willing to learn!
