Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Huntley, IL is seeking a Quality Technician to support inspections, analyze product issues, process warranty returns, and maintain quality standards. You will work with quality leadership to resolve concerns and support customers and internal teams.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (some college preferred), at least 2 years in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality, basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or technical quality experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality inspections, product analysis, and resolution of field failures and warranty returns.
• Support prototype evaluations, part identification, and final assembly of outgoing components.
• Maintain calibrated tools, organized quality work areas, and accurate quality documentation.
• Review drawings and specifications to inspect and analyze components.
• Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns and corrective actions.

Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
