Selig Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our Quality team. This hands-on role ensures products meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
You will perform inspections, testing, document calibration, support investigations, and help drive continuous improvement with Production and Quality under the local Quality Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our Quality team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This hands-on role is responsible for helping ensure products consistently meet established quality, regulatory, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
The Quality Technician will perform and oversee product inspections and testing, monitor manufacturing processes, support root cause investigations, maintain quality documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position works closely with Production and Quality and reports directly to the local Quality Manager.

In this role, you will help ensure quality throughout the entire manufacturing process—from receiving and production through final shipment. You will play an important role in collecting and analyzing quality data, maintaining accurate records, supporting customer complaint resolution, solving manufacturing quality issues, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve product and process performance.
