Job summary

A manufacturing company in Galion, Ohio is seeking a CMM Quality Technician to perform final inspections, operate CMM, and assist with quality control processes. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of on-the-job training in a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections.
• Operate CMM.
• Assist with In-Process sheets.
• Dispose of non-conforming material.
• Set gages prior to use.
• Complete duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
• Use and read gages properly.
• Conduct process audits.
• Work overtime as needed.

• Assist IN-Process sheets.
• Disposition of Non-Conforming Material.
• Setting gages prior to use.
• Perform Duties as requested by the Quality Supervisor.
• Properly use and read gages.
• Process Audits.
• Work all overtime that is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year on the job training, working in a manufacturing facility.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Self motivator & Good Verbal skills.
• General understanding of machining process and basic blue print reading, ISO 9001, IATF, ISO 14001.
• Able to Operate Fork lift.
• Must know the fundamentals of mathematical calculations.
