Both original equipment suppliers and aftermarket customers have relied on Atco Products to meet their OE production components and in/out of warranty service and parts requirements for more than 50 years.
Position Summary
As the quality technician, you will have the opportunity to support ATCO's continued growth by performing tests and inspections. This role follows ATCO's products throughout the various stages of the production process in order to compile and evaluate statistical data to determine the quality and reliability of our product.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Evaluates data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
- Utilizes standard measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other quality lab equipment to inspect the quality of ATCO's products.
- Notes and records performance data for evaluation.
- Calls attention to deviations or variations not anticipated or indicated in testing specifications and instructions of the customer sheet.
- Performs in-process audits and transfers materials as necessary.
- Works with operators on print interpretations and use of gauging.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- 1 year of experience as a quality tech within an industrial manufacturing environment (Preferred).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must have experience abiding by IATF/ISO9001.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
- Must be computer literate (basic computer skills)
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
