Shift: 3:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $19.97 an hour

About Conagra Brands

Located in Fayetteville, AR, Conagra Brands is a proud producer of Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol, and more. We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our growing team of approximately 700 employees on the 1st shift. You will report to a Shift Lead and be responsible for servicing and operating our mixing equipment to produce our products. We offer a competitive compensation package, with benefits starting at 60 days, and a climate-controlled work environment depending on the assigned line. Training on equipment and processes will be provided.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must pass a drug test and background check

Shift Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts, 3:00 am - 1:30 pm

Starting Pay

$21.35 per hour for 1st shift

Job Duties

• Learn multiple roles and assist as needed in production
• Operate a power jack
• Use SAP to scan inventory and ensure recipe compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on systems
• Support all aspects of the QA department
• Operate dishwasher for dinner line trays and chicken pans
