Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting a Quality Technician in Waukesha to support a leading food manufacturing facility. You will perform inspections, testing, and documentation across roasting, mixing, and packaging.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay is 19.00 USD hourly with benefits including health, dental, and vision as eligible. Weekly pay is provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

• Must have warehouse experience.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Strives to have perfect attendance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and food safety.
• Identify and document non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions.
• Complete quality reports, inspection logs, and testing documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to suggest process improvements.
