Job Title: TLM Quality Technician
The TLM Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands. The role involves improving the reliability of Product Line equipment assets, increasing asset utilization and efficiency, and reducing the cost of service delivery (CoSD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with equipment preparation for jobs.
- Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned, involving noninvasive maintenance related to final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
- Verify the status of equipment certifications and calibrations.
- Perform or assist in final function testing such as calibration, inspection, certification, or verification, including Wireline Operational Combination Check, pressure test, measurement calibration, and metrological inspection.
- Execute WOs through the Computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring compliance with standard work and data accuracy.
- Help prepare and organize documentation related to calibrations, function tests, certifications, inspections, and third-party quality control.
- Prepare equipment and critical spares for shipment and staging.
- Load equipment onto trucks in the absence of support staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and asset utilization.
- Comply with Product Line Technology Lifecycle Management standards and the Competency Management System.
