Job Overview:

Location: 7352 Industrial Blvd, Allentown, Pennsylvania, 18106

Shift & Schedule:

Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.


The Quality Technician II is responsible for conducting standardized qualitative and quantitative testing on in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform organoleptic, analytical, and microbiological tests throughout receiving, compounding, and packaging stages.
  • Approve batches for packaging and perform additional analysis for non-conforming products.
  • Calculate batch adjustments as required.
  • Record test results and supporting documentation in SAP.
  • Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment and instrumentation.
  • File and manage retained samples.
  • Conduct GMP audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
  • Learn and apply HACCP standards and SAP systems (training provided if no prior experience).


Total Rewards:

  • Starting pay: $26.94/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
  • Wage increase: $28.41/hour effective the quarter following your 6-month anniversary

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field preferred (or 2+ years of experience in a chemistry lab setting).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • HPLC experience highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team setting.
