Qualifications

• Five years of related experience and/or training in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed operating instructions, safety rules, and manuals.
• Standard mathematical skills including basic arithmetic and decimals.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled data awareness and compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Submit product deviations to customers using various software tools in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing.
• Assemble shipment packages for multiple product lines.
• Assist Quality Engineer with root cause analysis for customer issues or escapes.
• Complete product reviews before shipments for major issues.
• Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to procedures.
• Organize monthly routing cards for long-term records.
• Adhere to attendance policies, including overtime during end-of-month shipments.
• Follow Safety Regulations and Work Rules Handbook.
