Job summary

Autokiniton-Global-Group-1 is seeking a Full-Time Quality Inspector to perform receiving inspections, verify material conformance, and complete inspection documentation at our Grand Ledge, MI facility.

The role requires interpretation of GD&T drawings, use of measurement tools, and adherence to TS-16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, safety and housekeeping policies. Candidates should be prepared for multi-tasking and continuous improvement activities while maintaining regular attendance.

• Verify quality of sort and rework operations.
• Support of non-conforming system proficiency (input and output of hold area).
• Use computers for quality alerts, sorting data, and gathering information from sorts.
• Support TS-16949 and ISO 14001 standards and procedures.
• Follow company safety, quality, housekeeping and continuous improvement policies.

• Verify quality of sort and rework operations. (Set-up sorts, gather information from sorts).
• Active Team participant in problem-solving activities.
• Support of non-conforming system proficiency (input and output of hold area).
• Ability to use computers in area of quality alerts, setting up sorts and gather information from sorts.
• Support TS-16949 and ISO 14001 standards and procedures.
