Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA Technicians in the inspection and final release of sub‑components and finished goods, while guiding shift-level quality decisions.

You will review non-conformances, drive corrective actions, monitor QA/QC metrics, and coordinate with Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve issues, all within FDA and ISO frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7 years of QA/QC supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to QA/QC requirements including QMS, safety and quality procedures.
• Manage daily performance and attendance of QA Technicians during inspection and release.
• Review product non-conformances and determine corrective actions.
• Monitor QA/QC metrics and drive continuous improvement plans to improve site goals.
• Oversee incoming/in-process sub-components and finished goods.
• Support quality and manufacturing engineering in resolving non-conforming materials.
• Provide leadership to associates including hiring, coaching and disciplinary actions.
