Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking a Quality Control Team Lead to supervise QC Inspectors across server assembly, repair, rack build, and related processes. You will ensure adherence to quality plans, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate non-conformance investigations.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff while collaborating with multiple manufacturing areas to maintain product quality from inbound inspection to final

Qualifications

• Lead QC team in a manufacturing environment.
• Become SME in all stated areas (Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, Alesia Shelves, RSI, FQC, Patchframes, Packout, IQC, NCR, MCO Inspections).
• Document and escalate non-conformances per the Quality Plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example a team of 8 QC Inspectors.
• Work effectively within a team environment.
• Communicate and follow verbal and written directions.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.
• Facilitate daily morning meetings to cover outstanding issues.
• Learn and document MPI’s, QC Checklists, and Cable Matrixes for final inspections.
• Perform daily audits of manufacturing processes for non-conformance.
