Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Inspectors and support their daily activities.
• Collect data to construct and analyze statistical process control graphs.
• Perform receiving inspections duties as required on raw materials.
• Perform dimensional layouts for MEOs and PPAP as required.
• Utilize lab equipment and gauges when appropriate.
• Update part folders if applicable (NY only).
• Post Quality Alerts and update concern log when required.
• Support non-conforming product process and help maintain QC Hold Area.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Mold Techs and/or Operators to resolve part issues.
• Coordinate with 3rd party calibration services and maintain calibration records/certificates (CA only).
• Responsible for complying with Environmental Policy Manual and reporting any environmental nonconformance and/or potential nonconformance.
