Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Quality Team Lead to coordinate quality activities and support daily material processing in our Alabama warehouse. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with customer and company standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include monitoring flow, maintaining records, coaching associates on standard work, and supporting root cause analysis while promoting 5S and Kaizen within the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good verbal and written communication; data entry skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members in daily quality and material processing activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of materials in the area.
• Monitor compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
• Coach associates on standard work instructions and operational procedures.
• Identify and report quality concerns and process deviations; support root cause analysis.
