Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Group Leader for the 2nd shift at our Vance, Alabama warehouse. You will oversee daily operations, supervise associates, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across the shift.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse and leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate staffing and resources in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety principles and promote a safe work environment.
• Enforce standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks.
• Supervise and direct associates within the assigned area.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet daily targets.
• Implement and uphold company values, policies, and standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements for efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on shift performance and needs.
• Support Lean initiatives and 5S workplace organization.
