Job summary

Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. is seeking a Quality Systems Associate to support QA functions, ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs, and assist in training center staff.

The role includes documentation review, trending analysis, and handling deviations or adverse events. Under supervision, you will perform product release activities, verify donor center records, and help maintain training programs to ensure staff competency and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typically no previous experience required.
• Ability to understand FDA regulations and cGMP concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes weekly review of equipment QC and maintenance records.
• Documents, investigates, and performs root-cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints.
• Inspects and releases incoming supplies and reports nonconforming items.
• Performs product release activities and reviews documentation.
• Provides training and maintains training records for center staff.
• Reviews monthly trending reports and donor center adverse events.
• Supports adherence to SOPs, corporate directives, and regulatory requirements.
