Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Quality Systems & Training Manager in Farmington Hills, MI. This role evaluates processes, develops action plans, and coordinates strategic implementation of quality system processes and corrective actions at the plasma donor center.

The position reports to the Center Manager and drives continuous quality improvements. The role oversees the donor center’s quality management system, ensures compliance with state, federal, and company SOPs, and manages staff training records,

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with strong knowledge of quality systems and validation.
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance across health-care environments.
• Familiarity with cGMP and CLIA proficiency and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains oversight of the center’s quality management system and continuous quality improvement.
• Directs and monitors processes to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company SOPs.
• Maintains oversight of the training program and records for staff competency.
• Collaborates with Center Manager to assure product quality, donor safety and donor suitability.
• Oversees audits, corrective/preventive actions, and follow-up improvements.
• Performs root-cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints related to safety and quality.
