Job summary

Grifols, S.A. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Quality Systems Associate to support quality assurance and training functions within the plasma center environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOPs.

The role reports to the Quality Systems Manager and involves document review and product release activities. Under supervision, you will create and audit training records, conduct employee observations, and participate in center notifications, corporate directives, and SOP changes to uphold quality

Qualifications

• Typically requires no previous related experience.
• Work in plasma center with exposure to biological materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Completes weekly review of equipment QC and maintenance records.
• Documents, investigates, and performs root-cause analysis for deviations and complaints.
• Inspects and releases incoming supplies and reports non-conformances.
• Performs product release activities and reviews documentation.
• Maintains training records and conducts staff observations.
• Conducts center training and supports audits.
