The role manages a team and collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing process owners, delivering validated platform solutions.

The position requires 5+ years in regulated analytics, strong requirements gathering, and experience with QMS tools. Travel up to 20% and a focus on GAAP/ALCOA+ compliance are expected.

Qualifications

Experience with quality management systems in regulated manufacturing.
5+ years in business or systems analysis for MedTech/regulated environments.
Experience leading technical teams.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for quality platforms.
Prioritize backlog across Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
Direct UAT strategy and validation for validated environments.
Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity (ALCOA+).
