Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Quality Business Enablement to lead a portfolio of quality solutions within RDQ. This role partners with process owners and business leaders to prioritize initiatives, drive adoption, and ensure compliance across GxP environments.

Responsibilities include strategic governance, requirements translation, and the delivery of validated, scalable solutions that improve inspection readiness and operational excellence. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with audit analytics and inspection readiness.
• Deep understanding of GxP/GCP regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with process owners to define quality solution priorities.
• Provide governance for quality solution initiatives across RDQ.
• Champion inspection intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, validated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and related standards.
