Job summary

Crosby is seeking a skilled QA/QC leader to develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System across our manufacturing operations in Longview, TX. You will oversee technicians, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

The role requires strong data analysis, technical drawing interpretation, and robust communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support training and audits. Travel is possible for audits and supplier visits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of QA/QC experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of inspection and quality control methods, techniques, and equipment.
• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the activities of the Quality Technicians.
• Identify methods and processes to enhance quality of operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve nonconformances and issues.
• Provide support during internal and external audits of operations.
• Update ISO 9001 Quality and Procedures Manuals as necessary.
• Assist with quality-related training for employees.
• Conduct quality audits and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Collect and analyze data and prepare reports for management.
