Job summary

Crosby in Longview, TX seeks a Supervisor, Quality to lead QA/QC activities and maintain the Quality Management System. You will supervise Quality Technicians, drive process improvements, and coordinate cross‑functional fixes during audits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in QA/QC environments.
• Experience with inspection and quality control methods and equipment.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• English language skills (read, write, speak).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• 3-5 years QA/QC experience preferred.
• Travel up to 10% nationally/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the activities of the Quality Technicians.
• Identify methods and processes to enhance quality of operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve nonconformances and other quality issues.
• Provide audit support during internal and external reviews.
• Compose and update standard practice instructions for Quality procedures.
• Update ISO 9001 Quality and Procedures Manuals as necessary.
• Deliver quality training to employees.
• Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data and maintain documentation control for audits.
• Collect and analyze process data for management reports.
• Observe and develop standards for inspection and testing.
• Manage calibration of tools and equipment.
• Share results with teams and give product feedback.
