Job summary

Elbit-America invites applications for a Quality Specialist II to support the Quality Management System and QA operations across manufactured and repaired products. You will maintain documentation, manage investigations, and assist on the production floor with quality issues.

The role requires 2–5 years in QA, audits to AS9100/ISO 9001, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, associate required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in relevant field.
• 2-5 years of quality assurance, inspection, or auditing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Effective problem solving and communication with internal teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QMS documentation and records, ensure compliance.
• Plan, conduct and document internal audits to standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA-145 and others.
• Manage RMAs, CAPAs, customer complaints, and NCRs; drive closure.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and NPI activities.
• Provide on-floor QA support for inspections, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
