New-Leader-Manufacturing in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Quality Intern to support the Quality team through ongoing improvement initiatives, QMS activities, calibration management, data analysis, and daily quality operations.

The role offers hands-on experience in manufacturing quality, process improvement, problem solving, quality system administration, and calibration management while contributing to key departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and engineering documents.
• Familiar with design for manufacturing concepts preferred.
• Strong analytical and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve QMS.
• Lead calibration management within Limble per ISO 9001 and standards.
• Observe and document production processes to identify improvements.
• Collect data for problem solving and new process development.
