Job summary

C & S Machine & Manufacturing Corporation is a family-owned, high-end contract manufacturer. We seek a Quality Coordinator to maintain the QMS, manage quality records, and support audits and continuous improvement.

The role partners with Quality and Production teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of work experience in manufacturing industry.
• Speak, read and write English.
• Successfully pass drug screen.
• Successfully pass background check.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment.
• Maintain a professional image for customers, vendors, potential employees and visitors.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize quality records in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Enter inspection results, nonconformance data, corrective actions, and quality metrics into company systems.
• Maintain material certifications, inspection reports, and FAI documentation.
• Ensure document control procedures are followed for quality-related documents and records.
• Assist with creating, revising, and distributing quality procedures, forms, and work instructions.
• Maintain calibration records and schedules for inspection equipment.
• Monitor calibration due dates and communicate upcoming requirements.
• Assist in preparation for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management review.
• Track customer complaints, internal nonconformances, scrap, and corrective actions.
• Support the quality team with filing, scanning, and record retention activities.
