Job summary

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Quality Systems Manager to oversee the implementation of TEi, Babcock Power, ISO and ASME quality systems, procedures, work instructions and forms.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, reduce COPQ, manage NCR/CAR and internal audits, and report performance to leadership while guiding cross-functional teams across operations and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or design-for-manufacture environment.
• Experience in power generation, petrochemical, or chemical equipment manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 auditing, with Auditor/Lead Auditor experience.
• Familiarity with ASME Section VIII, ASME Section III, 10 CFR50 Appendix B, and NQA-1 quality requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and non-destructive examination (NDE) of pressure vessels or structural steel is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Minitab, Excel data analysis and presentation creation.

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Systems Manager to join our dedicated team.

The Quality Systems Manager is responsible to ensure the successful implementation of all quality related TEi, Babcock Power, ISO and ASME systems and procedures, work instructions and forms generating records.

Through management of the NCR, CAR and Internal Audit processes, the QSM is responsible for verification of actions taken to address continuous improvement activities, from root cause determination to implementation of corrective or improvement actions through effectiveness validation auditing.

The incumbent holds a critical role in driving down the cost of poor quality (COPQ) thereby increasing profitability throughout the organization.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually DOE
