What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and enhance compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Lead certification and maintenance efforts, serving as the Management Representative for quality standards.
  • Direct and monitor quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Oversee internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits to uphold quality excellence.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation.
  • Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality systems into production workflows.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Expertise in Quality Management – Strong knowledge of QMS principles, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Leadership Skills – Ability to guide teams, drive initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
  • Analytical Mindset – Strong skills in data analysis, audits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Attention to Detail – Organized and thorough in managing documentation and processes.
  • Effective Communication – Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications:
