This role offers an annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000, based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, skills, and location.

The Divisional Quality Systems Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality system within their division. Reporting to the Vice President of the Division, they will collaborate with Branch Quality Coordinators, GMs, and other INX employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and support the Quality Management System at INX.
  2. Coordinate quality services and activities.
  3. Ensure organizational alignment through decision-making and communication.
  4. Facilitate communication and development initiatives related to quality improvement.
  5. Train and develop quality personnel, including site quality coordinators.
  6. Conduct quality audits and troubleshoot quality issues on-site.
  7. Promote continuous improvement and share lessons learned across divisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, ISO.
  • Knowledge of the ink and print industry.
  • Experience in training roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
