H2O Innovation is a smart water treatment solutions company. The Quality Manager will lead the development and execution of quality systems for the Water Technologies & Services (WTS) Division, based in Ramsey, Minnesota.

This role focuses on driving supplier quality management and robust inspection processes supporting manufacturing and field service operations. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Projects, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate Quality, the Quality Manager

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier quality systems.
• Proven ISO 9001 implementation experience.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Willingness to travel locally and to Canada as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of supplier quality systems.
• Improve supplier performance and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Service, and Operations.
• Develop inspection processes for product and manufacturing.
• Support ISO 9001 certification efforts.
• Standardize processes to create measurable value.
