Job summary

Priority Plastics Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager responsible for shaping quality policies, procedures, and methods to meet customer expectations. The role drives the plant quality system, analyzes data, and leads continuous improvement across production.

Reports to the Plant Manager and mentors the Quality Team to ensure non-conforming product control, training, and system audits. Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing and relevant ASQ credentials. Indiana-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• ASQ CQE, CQM, or CMQ/OE preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with UN/DOT regulatory requirements preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Quality Management System processes are established, implemented, and maintained.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using statistical methods.
• Maintain, audit, and improve GFSI/SQF and ISO certifications; act as plant contact with certifying bodies.
• Provide training and leadership for quality staff and inspectors.
• Manage quality-related costs and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
