Job summary

Cencora is seeking a dedicated QA professional to lead quality management and regulatory compliance at our Hawthorne, CA facility. You will oversee QMS development, supplier qualifications, and audits, ensuring adherence to GDP/GxP standards and local regulatory requirements.

Fusion of quality oversight with cross-functional collaboration will drive CAPA actions, change control, and incident management, while leading a team and coordinating with global QA leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in QA/quality management in regulated environments.
• Two+ years in a management capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field (or equivalent).
• Certified in quality/audit frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust QMS with objectives, policies and metrics.
• Oversee supplier evaluation, audits and qualifications.
• Review and negotiate quality agreements, CDAs/NDAs.
• Lead internal/external audits and CAPA activities and responses.
• Support regulatory compliance, validation and change control processes.
• Manage documentation and data integrity across systems.
