Job summary

Cencora, via its World Courier operations in Hawthorne, CA, seeks a Quality Representative to ensure compliance with local regulations, GDP and company policies within the Transport divisions. You will develop and maintain a robust QMS, oversee supplier qualification, audits, and incident management to protect product quality in logistics operations.

You will guide office and regional teams, review quality agreements, manage documentation, and support CAPA investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• Certified in quality management or GMP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with QA systems and regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality-related activities in local operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage CAPA responses.
