Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quality management within SMT, PCBA, or electronics manufacturing environment preferred; 5+ years in quality management required.
Proven experience leading audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
Oversee internal and external audits, including preparation and corrective action follow-up.
