Job summary

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a FSQ Systems Coordinator to strengthen and maintain our quality and compliance programs. You will ensure documentation accuracy, support critical systems, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and certification bodies to keep programs running smoothly.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in quality systems or data management who wants to grow expertise in PLM, QMS, and supplier data processes across a CPG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in Quality Systems or Product Lifecycle Data Management in a CPG environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps; intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SharePoint experience preferred.
• Familiarity with document control practices and revision control in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLM and electronic QMS systems; super-user/admin preferred.
• Familiar with third-party portals (USDA Organic, Kosher, GFCO) and regulatory registrations.
• Ability to write, edit, and organize SOPs, work Instructions, and specs.
• Strong attention to detail; audit data for accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier approval and document collection via TraceGains.
• Manage customer quality communications and portals.
• Coordinate documentation for product certifications (Organic, Kosher, GFCO).
• Serve as system administrator for QMS and PLM platforms; optimize workflows.
• Oversee specification management for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain document control systems; ensure SOPs and policies are audit-ready.
